Our ideal candidate is an experienced Healthcare Office Manager who has helped take a company to the next level by prioritizing and juggling multiple competing administrative projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bookkeeping, and managing employee engagement. Your past successes have included identifying challenges and implementing solutions, assessing the direction of the company and proactively taking steps to smooth the path, and regularly evaluating expenses and vendors to minimize costs. You are highly organized and are knowledgeable about office administration, project management, basic human resource best practices, and basic bookkeeping.

You stay current with office management and people best practices and regularly assess cost drivers to help Vigilance become more efficient. You build meaningful relationships with your team and colleagues, and enable those around you to provide critical high-quality population health and care management services to our patients. With you helping us to grow and thrive, Vigilance will bring its transformative virtual healthcare services to all corners of our nation in the next 2 to 3 years.
To achieve our goals, we are in a strong growth mode and need to expand our workforce by 50+ passionate teammates and leaders over the next 3 to 6 months. You will be responsible for all office management and administrative activities, providing leadership to administrative team, and building employee engagement with each other and the company. You will lead your team through consistent outreach, setting individual and department goals, building rapport and trust, and by providing motivation and management.
Our Olympic Office Manager holds a critical role in the company. The person sitting in this seat is a well-rounded jack-of-all-trades who understands what it takes to build a company and is committed to our vision of transforming healthcare.
