Our ideal candidate is an experienced Healthcare Desktop Support Specialist who has helped to support in-office and remote teams, and can manage basic services including workstation troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, device and application installation and configuration, VoIP systems, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server 2016 (DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory). Your past successes have included reducing average ticket resolution times, ensuring zero unplanned server downtime, and professionally interfacing with external clients on project launches and implementations. You are highly organized and are knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations, privacy and security best practices, webpage administration, and Word Press.

To achieve our goals, we are in a strong growth mode and need to expand our workforce by 50+ passionate teammates and leaders over the next 3 to 6 months. You will be responsible for managing our network, ensuring all end-users are able to work efficiently, and interfacing with our IT consultant and vendor. You will provide consistent and professional communication to all staff and clients, report on department metrics, and build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
Our Desktop Support Olympian holds a critical role in the company. The person sitting in this seat has healthcare experience, understands what it takes to build a company, and has a strong sense of urgency to help us achieve our vision of transforming healthcare.
